Selasa baru ni aku pi tempat anak pontianak
Macam2 ada, tapi tak nampak pulak anak pontianak tuh
Yang ada mee rebus,
roasted chicken,
dan masakan kampung:- gulai daging salai, kerabu taugeh+kerang+sambal petai udang kertas
Sodap gilos, melantak bagai nak rak,
Yolah, macam2 ado, masakan kampung ado, western ado
Mana nak cari masakan kampung waktu dinner lak tuh
Sesudahnya esoknya aku kena ceret beret hahaha

Macam-macam pulak
Hello everyone!!!!!
How are you????
Sorrylah dah lama tak blogwalking ataupun jawab komen
Actually I'm back in Malaysia already
Unfortunately, on the first day I'm here, sakit gigi pulak huhu
geraham bongsu punya hal, dua2 gusi bahagian bawah infected
Yelah segala sisa makanan/bakteria trapped kat situ coz gigi nak tumbuh tapi dihalang dek gusi
Dentist kata I have two option, either I have to pull out/extract both teeth
or I should brush my teeth REALLY REALLY CLEAN
But she advised me to just extract the teeth since aku tak guna pun untuk kunyah
Tapi aku takutlah, tengoklah nanti
Yang bengangnya si dentist tu pi buat scaling masa aku tengah sakit
Dahlah, buat beterusan dan tak berhenti sampai aku tertelan air darah tu,,,,eWWWWWW
Bengong betul
Biasanya dulu, bila gusi bengkak Dentist suruh balik dan makan ubat dulu kasi kurangkan bengkak
Bila adik I balik kampung, sempat gak kami pi Malacca dan Perak
Just a quick update, so layan je la dua gambar yg aku kidnap dari fb sis in law di Mini Malaysia
dan Zoo Melaka
Tetiba selesema, diikuti batuk dan demam pulak
Ni dah kurang sikit walaupun masih soseh soseh and lemah lesu
Lagi haru tetiba my lappy problem

Well, the 'fullstop' key is not functioning anymore, so nak kena hantar pi repair ni
Kalau problem keyboard aje kena charge RM200 kalau motherboard RM700 huhuhu
Since, my lappy is Toshiba it will take around 2-3 weeks to be fixed huhuhu
Mudah-mudahan takde masalah apa pun
I am very busy with my writing etc eventhough balik sini, bengang dan sedih pulak with this problem,,,,redha je la
So till we meet again once my lappy kembali SIHAT

Sukanya pergi Berry Town
Memang seronok pergi Berry, a small town in the south of New South Wales. Tapi aku tak jumpa pulak strawberry or raspberry....grapes adalah :). Tak percaya ?
Yang seronoknya grapes ni kat tiang veranda/porch/balcony aje.
Kenapa dinamakan Berry kalau takde strawberry....Sempena nama pakcik nilah.
Menurut wikipedia, keluarga Berry lah pengasas penempatan European in that district. Hmm..no wonderlah lasy year kami sempat tengok Scotish parade kat situ. Selain bangunan lama, kita juga boleh mendapatkan local handicraft in this town. Tapi aku hanya ambil gambar bangunan saja la :).

Lawak betul lah, aku memang busy sampai lupa lansung pasal contest bulan lepas. Lagipun, counter blog ni cam statik je hahaha...nampak sangat takde sape yang masuk blog ni. Aku pun, dah jarang blog walking. Memandangkan, aku masih ada hadiah yg tak seberapa ini, maka aku masih nak meneruskan contest tapi bukan lagi menggunakan blog counter. Caranya mudah sahaja, siapa yang berminat hanya perlu ceritakan peranan nombor dalam hidup anda...hehehe ilham datang coz counterku yang tak bergerak itew :))....
Syaratnya mudah sahaja :

Nak buat apa dengan Lebanese bread?
Aku masih kepenatan. I had meeting in Berry Town last weekend. Korang layan je la gambar tak berkaitan dengan meeting. Tapi, just nak share...aku dapat aud50~Rm150 coz my presentation kira oklah. Seronok gak dapat duit. Walaupun spv aku kata masa aku practice better than that and I seemed nervous and just pointed the pointer everywhere hehehe...The best presenter dapat aud100.
Wholemeal Lebanese bread is good for our health and if we take it moderately, we can lose fat faster.So, how can we eat these lebanese bread ????
1. You can eat it just like that. Punyalah besar, mencungap nak habiskan setengah keping.
2. Dip it into chickpeas hommus.
3. Make as wrap with any fillings that you like.
For example, last thursday I used hommus, grilled chicken -leftover from wednesday, lettuce, grapes tomatoes, sliced cheese and bbq sauce.
In fact, I also made the filling from humous, lettuce, serunding ikan-leftover from Aidil fitri( not aidil adha..;) ) and chili sauce...yummy.
4. Bake it until crispy as snack and dip into leftover pasta sauce+pineapple+leftover grilled chicken
or we may dip it into tomato salsa.
5. Make a pizza with topping contains leftover pasta sauce+pineapple+leftover grilled chicken+sliced cheese.

5 ways to lose fat faster

Hi there...Here, I wanna share on how to lose fat faster. I need these tips before going back to Malaysia to avoid rasa sedih dan bengang bila ramai yang komen tentang kebelonan aku ;). Sempatkah ???? Pasti ramai yang sudah tahu dan sedia maklum bagaimana untuk menghilangkan berat badan yang berlebihan. Anyway, here are the 5 top tips to lose fat faster suggested by Andrew Simmons, CEO and Founder of Vision Personal Training :
1. Eliminate the saturated fats from your diet
(Exp: dairy product, fatty meats, processed food etc).
2. Eliminate the "three white flours" (white bread, white pasta and white rice) and go for the brown versions (whole grain bread, wholemeal pasta, and brown rice). They should be eaten in moderation only though, as water based carbohydrates such as lettuce, celery, tomatoes, capsicum, strawberries, kiwi fruit, plums etc are the best choices to accelerate your results.
3. Eat fish to replace the starchy carbohydrates to fill you up and help you increase your metabolism.
4. Perform cardiovascular training first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
5. Lift weights twice per week to stimulate your metabolism.
"Another really important tip is to reduce sodium rich foods from your diet as they retain water," he says. "It won’t make you lose fat but it will reduce your body weight (water). This gives people a sense of confidence that they are moving in the right direction. There are also many other associated health benefits of reducing sodium including reduced blood pressure."

Tip5-nak bawa diri sendiri pun susah, inikan pulak nak angkat berat. Psst...angkat beg sekolah yang berat tu oklah kan ;)).....
