Tapikan, tak ke korang rasa pelik bila bab makan, aku sentiasa ada mood pulak isk isk isk. I had this sticky caramel chicken and sauteed asparagus for lunch on Friday.

STICKY CARAMEL CHICKEN

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
- 12 keping kepak ayam (kalau besar kerat dua), cuci bersih dan toskan
- 2 camca besar minyak masak
- 3 ulas bawang putih, dititik dengan kulit2nya, tak payah kupas
- 1 camca besar cincangan halia
- 1 camca besar sos ikan (DJ ganti dengan kiub ayam)
- 1 camca besar kicap (DJ guna kicap pekat)
- 1 camca besar sos cili
- 7 - 8 camca besar madu
CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih, halia dan kepak ayam, gaul rata dan masak dengan api sederhana selama 5 - 6 minit.
- Masukkan semua sos dan madu, kacau sekejap dan tutup kuali. Kacau sekali sekala hingga kepak ayam kelihatan bersalut, masak kurang lebih 15 minit. Biar hingga pekat dan warnanya bertukar perang keemasan. Angkat dan hidangkan...
* K.Nor tambah 1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
***DJ tambah 1 sudu kecil lada hitam, 1 sk serbuk cili, daun sup, kiub ayam dan bijan. Ayam digaul dgn kicap, serbuk cili dan lada hitam dan diperap 10 minit sebelum digoreng.

I had fried mee sanggul for lunch and dinner on Monday.
Then, I had this fried frankfurter and sweet potato for breakfast and lunch on tuesday.
Tapi tak ranguplah tepung salut tuh. Then I had this masak lemak cili api ayam for dinner on tuesday and lunch on wednesday. Finally, I had fried rice for my lunch and dinner on thursday.
Oklah kan, satu cawan beras untuk 4 kali makan hehehe. Hmmm..... harapnya selepas ini bila bab2 kerja sentiasa ada mood macam mood makan :).
