sambal bayam + rebus ayam.....

Hmm..........apa ke benda aku type tuh...silap ek ?

Siang tadi masak lauk ni, sambal ayam dan rebus bayam la hehehe...Actually rendang ngan pulut tu ada lagi. Tapi tak berani nak makan bebanyak coz, pulut ni macam bisa pulak ya. Cepat ngantuk n badan lemah semacam je lepas makannyer....Banyak alasankan, padahal dah memang banyak toksid dalam badan...Jangan gelak nengok sambal ayam tak bertulang n terlebih kuah tu ya. Ye la kan jumaat minggu lepas pi K-mart, then singgah beli ayam ni. Malas pulak beli whole chicken...coz orang tu tak potong. So beli je la chicken breast n sekilo chicken wings, buat stok dua bulan. Boleh ke??? So chicken wings khas untuk bakar/panggang/goreng je ya...Yg semalam buat rendang tuh spesel sikit, takkan nak buat rendang daging ayam je...tak best la pulak.

Patutnya for dinner makan je lah lauk tu kan. Tapi my tekak ngidam nak makan benda goreng2 n crunchy...hah ! hambek ko

Psst...potato fries tu leftover from last saturday...alamak dah lebih seminggu, sayang nak buang. Kalau kat kg dah selamat jadi habuan our chickens.......Sambil makan sambil nengok Masterchef Australia but not in OZ...in London. Don't forget the true survivor and knowledgeable Jono.....Menyampah kat Joanne, patutnya dah lama kena singkir..dahlah tak pernah menang apa2 cabaran as the rest participants..berlagak pulak tu. She always lucky. But why they didn't choose the weakest contestants for yesterday challenge n have the pressure test today..or else we can happily say good bye to her. But, last time...she managed to go through with the test..hmm.....In fact today, her dish is the simplest one compared to others.

Semalam kan, tertengok Nona TV3. Tertengoklah si Razis Ismail ni..penyanyi zaman I kekanak riang ni. La ni dah jadi pengusaha kantin...wife cantik n anak2 pun comel2.



Actually sayu tengok dia and dengar lagu dia. He reminds me of my late Pak Andak, who left us forever in 1995 due to leukemia. Kind of regret coz I never visit him while he was in the hospital. Semoga dicucuri rahmat ke arah rohnya...Al-fatihah.

Harini tak pi uni. So, sambil kemas kertas2 yg berselerak...sambil check my programming. Alhamdulillah, finally I got the expected result. So, tonite maybe I can merge my ring, disk n two rings result. And proceed with my writing...Oh no!!! I really forgot to check my calculation for the band........But, I got stuck with Jab we met....
