Biarlah: Tiada arahan

Last week...after discussion with the boss
I heard that the auditor of one of the program has commented that certain element of the objectives should be changed coz it is no longer valid.

Later while certain colleagues discussed about it in our WA group, I thought about another program that I involve...whether we should change that element too. So I ask both the person in charge and the boss.

But till yesterday no response from them. Since I and the person in charge attended the same workshop so I asked her about it. Guess what is her answer??? "THE TOP BOSS DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. Tiada arahan untuk buat perubahan. Jika ada arahan barulah kita buat."

Seriously??? Dahlah kita tanya sebelum ni tiada respon. Bila dapat jumpa depan2 itu jawapannya. Senangnya kerja dia. Tau ada kesilapan, tapi tak baiki coz boss tak suruh 😂😂😂😂. Jika tidak pasti, sepatutnya bila diamanahkan untuk tugas sebeginj pi tanyalah the top boss. Bukankah senang ubah sekarang berbanding later?

We are lost due to these people
The head could not be bother
The person in charge lepas tangan
Jika tiada rasa tanggungjawab utk apa berada di kedudukan itu?
Tak takutkah?
Tugas tu AMANAH
BUKAN IKUT SUKA KORANG
