Terpaksalah call minta lewat sikit
On the way pi beli food
Baru teringat duit tinggal sikit

Perlu singgah to withdraw money pula

For lunch Belilah nasi ayam...

Then rushed back to office for the appoinment
Bila lapar...
And bila customer  stubborn n did not take into account our previous discussion
Maka, I ran amok 😅😅
Macam tak sehaluan je kami...
Not in the same wavelength 😂😂
Whatever it was we ended our discussion in a good way...
And I treated her nasi ayam la
😁😉😉....

Barulah terhegeh kemas rumah sikit
Dan basuh baju
Then tengahari beli food kedai mamak

Barulah PI OFFICE
Bersihkan second cabinet
Susun semula khazanahnya
Sort claim, meeting, workshop etc files
As well as the cluterred on my desk
But still many things to sort
Yg dalam kotak tolak tepi dinding je la
Later maybe...

Sempat print apa yg perlu
Dan updated evaluation for others
After 5.30pm baru balik

Kalut nak pi meeting with international delegation
Disangka sekejap...
Tapi rupanya lama 😅

Balik office...
Sedih tengok my almond bun dihurungi semut 😭...

On the afternoon discussion with my colleague
Regarding the briefing session on friday
As well as for our pair task

For dinner I had crispy omelete and leftover ayam kunyit...

On friday
I was late for the briefing session
Hmm...not many people
Either my colleagues or new customers

Once back to my office
I submitted my MC and october travelling claim
Reminded the long silent senior customer and the problematic junior customers for next appointment too

Here was my lunch

Around 3pm I had an appointment with my Indonesian customer
Other than her documents
She gave me dodol, lempuk durian and wajik 😍

Before going back
I managed to prepare an evaluation set for new customer and shared it with my task partner.

And later I cooked fried rice for dinner

Adoi bila bersemangat rel baju pula loose

I had leftover food for lunch...
Daging merah dan goreng kangkung

Dah petang baru balik
Trafik lancar tapi bila sampai nearby F1 circuit stucked.
Yang arah ke KL lagilah sesak around 5 km.
Yg ke arah Sepang/Nilai pun around 2 km kot

Lewat petang pi Secret Recipe Mercato
Fish n Chips ok
Tapi Thai pasta tak sedap lansung
Kurang rasa dan pasta keras
Spageti bolognese terlebih herbs
Meatball keras kata my niece
Yg di tempat kerja I sedap je

Hari Isnin
After brekky pilah menyapu rumah sikit
Then pi tengok Wayang
Dan makan di Sushi King

Hari Selasa
I buat chicken n turkey slice sandwich

Then Kemas bilik my nieces dan sama2 lipat baju dan asing serta susun properly dalam almari.
Then pi keluar ke MrDiy dan Popular
Makan di TCRS pula...

I pun buat aktiviti cuti sekolah with my kesayangan

Keluar lagi
Nak p urut 10.30am penuh pula
12.15pm baru available...
So meronda ke nursery

After massage I had late lunch at McD.

Konon balik rumah nak buat keroje
Idok le....

Then kalut pi ofis
Long list of things to do

Alhamdulillah rezeki
Ada kawan belanja nasi kerabu

Petang pi town
Pi kedai buku jenuh gak belek buku
Then carilah plastic wrap, selotape, colour paper, ribbon and ballon.
Pi kedai bunga beli lidi
Pi supermarket cari chocs and plastic container...
Singgah pula beli food.
Sampai rumah around 7.50pm
Kalutlah solat maghrib
While waiting for isyak dapat delivery these two bouquet of flowers 😍😍

Then I had rojsk n cendol for dinner

Then bermulalah sesi kerastangan
Percubaan awal utk buat choc bouquet..

End up ada yg pacak dengan lidi dan balut

Hilang segala susunan 😂😂😂

Korek2 di rumah jumpa satu yg tak pernah dibaca.
How la nak buat ya...
Biasa klu cenderahati utk majlis rasmi hanya ikat riben je...
So kali ni buat kelainan...

On friday
Pagi kalut buat wish card
Then off I went to Pahang.
Keluar rumah 7.45 pagi
Sampai rumah 9.30 malam.
Yup...I cant deny the long hour journey..
Whatever it is Alhamdulillah our affair was eased...
Happy to see other people happy...

Sick: Kisah di hospital

I got hospital follow up appointment at 9am Wednesday
Unfortunately I reached the registration counter at about 9.10am because of slow traffic due to several teucks on road, parking problem and have to change parking for grass mowing.
Guess what ?
I have to wait more than one hour to get the number...
Seriously?
Too long wait just to get a number...

I became impatient when people who came later than me got their number first...
So I went to the counter asking why I still do not get the number.
The staff told me she already called my name.
I asked her when did she do so...
She said just now ...
Ok fine I was in the toilet.

Few minutes later she called me
Guess what???
My file have yet to be prepare...
So I need to give her my phone number, address, the first appointment date...
She even need my first prescription.
Luckily I brought the tablets box
Seriously?
Second appointment masih tiada fail?
they do not have a record of me after first appointment two months ago and after blood test were done just a week ago.
Peraturan/prosedur rekod hospital memang beginikah atau kes staf cuai/terlepas pandang?
Whatever....yg penting dah dpt nombor

Then I have to wait again for the body weight measurement and blood pressure check up...

Once done with it...
Another waiting to see the doc
The weird thing was the numbers after me were called and mine was not appear...
So, I have to ask the staff at the counter again
She seemed uncomfortable with the question
and just said something like "doktor ambil yg lainlah dululah kot"
Ok fine...

Alhamdulillah
Only at about 11.20am my number appeared
Seriously?
Different doctor from the previous one for follow up?
Since they have not prepare my file yet
I have to recall everything and explain my history to him...
Sempat lagi bebel why after two months my file is not prepared...
Terkial2 doc tu nak jawab 😅
He seemed relief knowing that I did not see him on the first appointment 😂😂😂

However since I still got the headache he kept on asking me about
1. Rasa sakit lagi tak after mkn ubat
2. Ada apa2 sign before the headache
Hish manalah I perasan ...
Yg perasan bila sakit je lah...
Even kalau I focus with work I ignore je la
Ada juga ditanya the level of pain on the scale of 1-10..
I said 5 to 6...

Rasa tekanan atau denyut?
Tekanan darah macam mana
Lah kan tadi dah check bp doc ooi....
Barulah dia tengok 😂...
Lepas tu dia tunjuk result test darah yg dibuat minggu lepas...
😱😱😱😱
Hanya ada jalur2 je takde result.
Luckily I pernah buat blood test oada bulan 7.
Tunjuk jelah pada doc.
But is it still valid?

Then he left me for a while.
Maybe to ask second opinion for my case and to check the available medicine in the pharmacy
And he came back with the plan of new medication for me...
Another doc agreed with his plan
He asked me to make note for my sickness and medicine intake as well...

Actually hospital mungkin ada masalah ruang
So satu bilik utk 2/3 docs
Memang tak privacy
Dengarlah juga kes pesakit lain
Sakit jantunglah
Ubat hospital ni tak sama dengan IJN
Teruk gak result nih...
Datang lagi next month
Pesakit dah keluar
Panggil semula
Silap tengok rekod lama 😅
Rekod baru seems better
Then, masuk pula isteri pesakit lain
Dah pi farmaai
Precsription doc tiada cop doctor pula
Terpaksa datang semula
Macam2 kan
Doc dah penat sangatlah tu
Sampai hilang fokus...
Just imagine yg tak tido seharian and on call pula...
Kesian mereka berkorban demi pesakit

Once out of the doc room
Only 5 people left waiting 😅
So tunggu lagi....for prescription.
What? Perlu buat blood test lagi?
What? Yg haritu result cant be analysed ...
Why? due to darah beku?
How it can be like that?
Tapi memang sebelum jumpa doc perlu buat blood test.
So next time kena buat elok2 lah supaya darah tak beku.
Berubah muka nurse tu 😅.
Kesian dia yg tak bersalah kan.
Dia jadi penyampai je.
I yg kecewa mesti tanya macam2 dan ingatkan.
Tapi idoklah I marah or meninggi suara.
Faham2 jelah reaksi kecewa dan bengang tapi terkawal....

Then hantar prescription di kaunter farmasi.
Kena tunggu lagi...
Around 12.30pm barulah dapat ubat sebeban
On the way balik singgah beli roti and had lunch...keli bakar, sambal ikan masin+petai dan kerabu

Balik rehat je lah...
Bila sakit makan je ubat.
Bila belek2 ubat...
Apa ke hal ada label for hbp?
Doc hanya tanya bp but we didnot discuss anything about hbp.
Risau tersilap ubat je.
Maka, I called pharmacist.
She argued why I did not ask while taking the pills at the counteer and asked me to come back..
Dah tengahari, dengan lapar dan sakit kepala dgn ramai yg menunggu ko rasa aku nak baca ke label tu masa di kaunter?
Anyway she willing to ask the doc about it.
Based on her revision and doc info that medicine can be used to treat migraine too....

Sometime it is good to spent time with other people during lunch break instead of eating alone in office and too focus on work

Then a colleague need help in decoration
We spent one hour to complete a set of it
Later off I went to the clinic, withdraw money, bought long thumb tack for deco and jajan in the rain 😰...

I got 5.30pm appointment
Doesn't matter if I have to repeat everything
But next time please come together with others
Yup..many things to do ...
A report is not useful without a product

I only went home after done with my maghrib prayer...

Sick: allergic lagi ...

Gara2 makanan dan degil tak kawal makan...
Hah! Hadaplah kan...

Hari Rabu ...
pi makan gulai ayam+sambal bilis for lunch
and laksa +karipap sambal for dinner
Malam tu dah siap2 makan adezio
So pagi khamis oklah sikit

Tapi pi makan mee goreng+sambal for lunch
and nasi arab for dinner
Malam tu dah ambil ubat lain
Tak berani nk ambil adezio

Pagi Jumaat as expected rashes on certain parts of my lips and around mouth 😅 ...
Lepas tu tak sedar diri pi makan daging for lunch
And satay for dinner

Pagi sabtu pulak
Pi makan mee kari yg dibeli on Tuesday for brekky and dinner
Maka makin teruklah allergicnya
Udah dagu pun kena gak...

Lagilah naik rashesnya...

Hari Isnin
Makan kari ikan merah dan sayur tumis
Tapi pelik after that pun ada rasa itchy...
Sayur tu ada rencah ayam kot...

Malam tu I had sambal tenggiri
Pun macam tak ok je...

Hari Selasa
Coz tak larat keluar pi beli food di cafe
Hmm...tak insaf gak
Pi makan sambal ikan kembung

Petang tu barulah pi klinik
Doc kata allergiclah tuh..
Even spicy food boleh buat allergic
Dialah antara mangsanya 😅
Anyway mmg doc pesanlah elak le makan penyebab allergy tu...

I risau gak kok fungus ke apa kan
Doc kata klu fungus ni berakarlah...
Suka tempat lembap...
So elaklah the oily cream...
better jgn pakai antifungus coz it will make the infected area darker once its healed.
Cucilah muka bersih2 sebelum wudhuk tu katanya dan lap properly...
I like this doc very much
She is very positive, friendly and manja

Anyway  for my allergy doc prescripted me with cetrizine and ubat sapu...

My weekend+1day: Food and Movies

Well, that was how I described my weekend 😅...

On saturday
I had mee kari that I bought on Tuesday for lunch and dinner

On Sunday
I cooked plain sambal for lunch
Kept 3 quarter of it.
A quarter of it I add eggs.
And here was my lunch...

Spicy scrambled egg and fried tempeh

On Monday
Barulah terhegeh kemas downstairs and washed my clothes...
When I was in rajin mode ...suddenly I got migraine attack 😰

I bought fish curry and veges for lunch.

For dinner I cooked sambal ikan tenggiri.
I just fried the fish and later cooked it in the sambal pasted that I prepared on Sunday.

As expected our ex staff told me that he have to prepare the budget 😅...
He was helping our clerk...
Hmm...when the boss is away and busy with his external work, he asked the clerk to do the budget
😱😅😱😅😱😅
Seriously???
Then his allowance should be given to the clerk lah kan
Because she has to do the projection
As well as the budget...

Anyway...
I was really in awe with our ex staff kindness
He can be selfish when people did not appreaciate him
But of course that is not him...
Just ignore how the top people treated him
And help a friend in need

Later I rushed to my workplace for decoration task
Paste and move here and there
When working with OCD people
Everything should be done to perfection 😅😰

I had ordered food for lunch
But there was barely touch fried noodle in the meeting room...
And the office clerk invited us to eat it
So I just had that noodle for lunch
And keep my lunch food for dinner 😀

After lunch hour
I applied for the overdue claim
But...where is the hotel receipt?
They didnt give any 😭...
And I didnt ask them...
Ok think! Think...
How about agoda transaction?
Luckily found it in my email.
But...where is the e-receipt?
Where is the submit button?
Around 5.30pm I tried to chat with Agoda agent
Have to wait for a while 😰...
Luckily the agent responded to my message
After my explanation he sent me the e-receipt.
Alhamdulillah ...
Owh need to write  a show cause letter for the overdue claim.
Hope they accept my explanation and apology...

Owh! I received email for another list of committee member
Seriously?
Why they did not give it all together as requested last time?
😠😠😠
I hate to do task repetitively where we can actually do it in one go...
Whatever it is just be positive...
They have their own reason kan

Once back at home
I had nasi Arab for dinner...

On friday
I reached office quite late
Then I submitted the overdue claim

I had this food for lunch

Then I had an appointment at 3pm
How la ???
Seemed like my customer is confuse
That is why she should come and see me regularly...

Around 4pm
The boss called me
He asked my opinion who should be in charge for the senior customers program...
Easy peasy lah...
Definitely the current and ex coordinator...
Eh! What???
You asked the ex staff to do the budget?
I heard it differently on thursday 😂😅

For dinner I had satay with its side dish
