Satu resepi tapi pelbagai menu....

Macam lama pulak tak berblog hehehe....super duper busy.....

Last saturday....i think last two saturday, setelah kepenatan bershopping dan cleaning duty for my home...maka aku telah masak bolognese sauce...hehehe...yang dalam botol la. Aku hanya tambah daging dan kuncu-kuncunya. Tapi takkan nak makan sos je kan. Disebabkan malas aku gunakan je lebihan pasta yang aku beli on thursday last 2 week. Inilah dia pasta malas....

Very the yummy....mula2 letak sauce, then letak cheese slice, then letak sauce, then baru pasta and lastly top with the sauce again....memang sedap giler. Tambahan bila the cheese melted due to piping hot sauce.....Then, on sunday teringin pulak nak makan bowl pizza ni....

Hehehe..guna je la sos pasta tu but I add capsicum and carrot. Jejari roti tu adalah tepi/kerak roti yang aku dah bakar. Sedap giler bila I dipped that crunchy bread in mashed avocado. Avocado tu, I beli kat fruit market $4.50 for 3...oklah. Setelah sekian lama, maka kali ini aku ikut la our accommodation's shopping shuttle to fruit market...tu yang boleh beli buah yang murah. Epal 99cent/kilo..mana nak dapat hehehe...Lagipun nak beli benda berat such as susu n detergent kat woolies, better ikut je shopping shuttle ni.

I used the pasta sauce again for my lunch on monday hehehe for....bread pizza...

and then I mixed the sauce together with spirals for my lunch on wednesday and thursday...And for my dinner on thursday too... the leftover spiral with salad hehehe....
Betul tak? Dengan hanya guna sos pasta, macam2 aku boleh buat :).

Lupa lak actually dinner for wednesday I need something fresh n hot setelah balik dalam kehujanan malam. So, I just cooked spicy scrambled egg hehehe....Jangan tak tau on tuesday I ate nasi dagang..the gulai is yummylicious hehehe...bukan aku masaklah.

Then on monday last 2 weeks I baked these bars..apa lagi si congo lah hehehe....

Thank you Rima for the recipe. Tapi dah macam kek pulak..may be since I used wholemeal flour and didn't use mixer. Tak jadi pun, sodap gak hehehe... Jenuh nak perabihkan. Ingatkan nak bagi that congo bar yg masih segar bugar to my ofismate, tapi kan last 2 weeks aku pulun buat kerja kat rumah...I went to uni only on thursday, harap2 my opismate tak sakit perutlah hehehe. On monday last week I baked these bars again.

Still the top texture not crunchy enough. Dahlah tak cukup brown sugar, aku bantai tambah icing sugar hehehe. Bila tengok di blog Rima..patutlah..dia buat nipis, aku buat tebal, macam manalah nak chewy and crunchy hahahha....Once again walaupun tak menjadi, tetap habis jugak hahaha...malah adik2 pompuan siap memuji tu. Actually I baked that bars for for suprise birthday party for my friend on tuesday...

Last friday, I had this roti telur for my brunch....

and indian food again for dinner hehhehe...

I dint' go to uni on thursday and just did my work at home. I was too exhausted after getting back late -around 9.30-9.45 pm for two nights. In fact, on monday I feel so stress trying to finish writing my proposal. That was why I ended up baking that nite hahaha...Finally, I submitted my research proposal via email on wednesday...alhamdulillah. In fact, I managed to make certain correction for my third paper on tuesday. Actually I received the comment from my so-called third spv/advisor in Adelaide on thursday, last 2 week. But I just ignored it for a while to just focus on my proposal...So, once finished with my prop.. I just focused on that paper again since the advisor commented that it would be neater if I provide the solution for the equation given...Maka, terpaksalah aku figure out on how to get that solution. Disebabkan aku ni tak berapa cekap mengira, maka aku terpaksalah membaca, memahamkan dan memikirkan on how to get that solution from related paper....Sakit kapla tau, nak memahamkan the calculation process since wednesday until friday huhuhu....If I were to use the same method to my research/paper, the works will be so trivial and long calculation to get the analytical expressions..So, I just gave up doing that at 3.15am on saturday huhuhu....

Ni pulak tak ingat bila...mungkin I masak on Sunday last 2 weeks kot or maybe 3...masak kicap daging.

    Hehehe...masakan orang malas. Tapi I mmg suka makan yg ada ala2 sos pasta tuh...
