Masin mulut dia...she has warned him previously...what if the same thing happened to him and the upstair unit's owner do not want to give any cooperation ....

Sedap 😅...Oklah tu masak guna bahan yang ada je....ayam tarak....

Dah 4pm dan hujan pula barulah terhegeh2 keluar rumah pi town...withdraw duit@Maybank, beli baldi n gayung, cash deposit@Bank Islam, pi beli cat and KFC 😁. Tapi bateri hp kong terus...Perlu singgah rumah ambil charger.

Then, sampai tempat kejadian around 6pm. Makan dulu...

Sedap gak KFC salted egg ni....

Next, barulah mengecat bilik air dan bilik.....

Sambil tunggu cat kering before applying the second layer...pilah alihkan meja dan bersihkan kulat yg subur dan tebal...Eww geli...Perlu hati2 coz biasanya lepas tu I pening.

Around 9pm baru balik rumah dan menghadap maruku and wafer pulak 😅😅😅

Today lambat pi ofis. Sempat beri tazkirah kpd orang yg tak beradap hantar mesej. Then dok menghadap customer from 11am-1pm. Lama dan Lapor. Even at one time...I rasa macam nak pitam. Tapi tulah...kena fokus kerja. Perlulah thorough check customers' work to produce good result. Pi cafe lauk dah habis.....Luckily dapat pecal dan minta gorengkan telur dada...

Lepas tu 2.30-7.11pm sambung lagi meeting. Ee...susah sangat ke nak ikut yg diberi. Bila dah hangin tertengking dan tertepuk meja 😱😱😱...Kita dah beri idea, korang carilah justifikasi...Ni cakap tak tahu tak tahu 😠😠😠. Memang pantanglah....Nasiblah ya...bila my twin datang I boleh tukar dari singa ke naga 😅😅😅...Malam 8-10.30pm pon dok bersoal jawab lagi. I pun keliru with their work....Yang buat salah pun ada...info basic kot, takkan tak tahu or tak perasan....Seriously? Nilah padahnya bila kerja pada saat akhir.

Bila malam tertunggu-tunggu Lafazkan Kalimah Cinta@AstroRia. Kalau Syurga Kedua tu annoying....why la Sabrina tu asyiklah mudah ditipu, percaya cakap husband dan bersangka baik. Takkanlah tak terfikir....Misteri siapa husband vivy? Vivy stay rumah mak mertua??? Ternampak husband bawa vivy check up, tp percaya pelanduk dua serupa. Husbandnya temankan Vivy utk kelas preggy mum, tapi percaya husbandnya buat mcm tu kononnya nak praktis bila dia mengandung pula. Husband bermalam di rumah maknya coz nak temankan Sherry, tp percaya husbandnya tidur di ofis and pagi2 dah keluar sarapan. Husband keluar dengan Vivy, tapi percaya mereka terserempak. Husband dok bahasakan diri ayah dgn yusof tp percaya dia salah dengar or husband dok mengagah yusof . Banyak kali kot.... Episod hari ni barulah nampak dia mengamuk coz dengar mummy cakap ternampak Daniel n Vivy bawa Yusof pi klinik. Padahal anak dia Alia tak sihat, tapi Daniel 2 hari tak balik. Tau pula cakap macam Vivy tu isteri abang....😅😅😅😅. I pula yg meroyan....Ada ke perempuan macam tu????

Lebihan asam jambu jgn dibuang. Begitu juga chili fakes from dominos...Bila diperlukan...maka jadilah....

Sedap giler....Kalau ikut style thai kena letak belacan n udang kering. Tapi kok allergic like me tak perlulah ya. Gini pun sodap...

Pagi semalam berkesempatan jumpa a family from Ipoh...baiknya makcik tu ...very concern about her daughter, peramah, comfortable to be with, tak kisah, tak berkira. Alhamdulillah done dealing with them...the last one.

Finally terus tak jadi dengan macam2 alasan. Satu alasan tu macam budak sekolah...gaduh punya pasal 😅😅😅. Konon nak beralah 😑😅😅. Kalau I jadi macam kawan ko pun I naik hangin...ko dok ulang tanya banyak kali kan. Eloklah tak jadi...otherwise I mesti rimas bersoal jawab.

Bila third one tanya, I cakap availablelah...Kalau betul the first one nak, dia mesti confirmkan as what she promise ASAP kan. Lagipun setakat ini kalau sesiapa yg senyap lebih 2 hari tu tandanya tak minatlah tu. Anyway alhamdulillah mudah closed deal ...MY SECOND DEAL. Kali ni I kena tegas sikit, a payment must be paid within 24 hours to guarantee their booking.

SICK: When something is stuck

This morning I had brekky pisang and crackers+margerine. Then kalut coz lewat appointment with customers.

Menjelang tengahari tiba2 penyakit lama datang kembali. Macam something stuck at my throat. Untuk rasa selesa, I perlu batuk. But it seems like a dry cough ...But it just mild discomfort not as the previous one. Kalau tak silap sekitar awal tahun 2016. I had that kind of symptom, hard to breath etc. Due to my friend's suggestion I went for a check up at KPJ and had nasal endoscopy which is the procedure to examine nose and throat using a device with a camera passed thru the nose to the throat. Alhamdulillah everything was clear except the wall of my throat seemed to have bump here and there. Dapatlah ubat gastric kot 😅 selain doc pesan bila bercakap tu perlu bertenang jangan laju2 😂😂😂.....Within a week I was ok and did not go for a follow up 😅😅.

And then in November 2017 I had stuffy nose without runny nose for more than a week, and I was diagnosed of URTI by our panel clinic.

Macam2lah kan...
Tapi bab makan tak jaga 🙈🙈🙈

For afternoon tea break I had kerepek ubi
For dinner I had Samyang cheese

Then I surfed the internet and preparing a notice of action
Customer kata nak datang 4.15pm
Pun tak muncul juga.
Akhirnya sampai after 4.30pm
Maka...menunggulah dikau
Aku nak siapkan suratku

Tiba2 my colleague complained that there was a change in her work
Pulak dah siapa yg ubah 😠😠😠
Hmm...what can I do?
I am not eligible to do anything anymore
Except giving suggestion to whom she suppose to refer to.
And as expected that person contacted me to get the clear picture 😅.
What a relief when he willing to solve that problem

After 5.15pm
The officer from the management office contacted me
She told me that the so call related party from hell...
As expected he did not want to co-operate
He even accused her for trying to threaten him
She definitely did not do it
She just explained what are the consequences if he refused to cooperate
Worse..he asked her to deal with his tenant
But he refused to give their contact numbers
She really sound dissapointed
Just imagine what I feel as the affected party

Then off I went to photocopy the letter
The moment I arrived at the shop, I remembered that I left the photocopies of my IC there last 2 weeks. I have made a phone call to the shop but no one pick up the phone. So, I asked the workers there about it. Unfortunately they said I did not leave anything. Seriously????
So I remind him if someone ever used my IC, I will find them. Then only they claimed that normally they will throw anthing left by the customers.

Next I bought burger n chips for dinner
I planned to buy durian as well
Unfortunately there was no durian stall to be seen

At night
I just want to share
what I have been thru today
and my upset feeling regarding the related party from hell to my friend....
But she talked about sincerity, leaving the bad attitude and cultivating the good attitude
I know she got good intention
To let me be positive and be a better person
But in my condition it just make me even more upset....

Syukur apa yg ada

Selama ni rumah jiran kiri memang tak berpenghuni. Walaupun rasa takut dari segi keselamatan tapi aku rasa lebih privacy. Tapi ketika bulan puasa I dapat tahu dah ada pemilik baru. Alamak! Terus rasa tak seronok. Lagi rasa tak seronok bila 2 minggu lepas katanya nak pasang something between our house. I am ok as long as tak blok my view n make my house dark.

I ada berangan to buy that house since it got large area. Tapi owner pernah cakap tak mau jual. But once it up on the advertisment I have already got something else. Memang tak mampu lah. Memang bukan rezeki I. So bersyukur dengan apa yg ada...

Tadi dapat tau rupanya this man got this house at low price. Terkilannya lahai.....Tapi kena sedar diri. I tak mampu dan tiada ilmu in bidding house auction.....Again...be grateful with what I have and enjoy it 😀....

Tapi lepas tu ke ofis ambil kerja lain pula.

Itu pilihan, tujuan dan hak masing-masing.
Jika ada rezeki lebih,
Kenapa tidak membuat pelaburan?
kenapa tidak menambah aset?
Kenapa tidak berbuat sesuatu utk jaminan masa depan, di kala kecemasan????
Kenapa tidak melengkapkan/menghias rumah dengan sesuatu yg disukai

Jika merasakan duit habis  begitu sahaja,
kenapa tidak membeli sesuatu supaya nampak aliran kewangan?
Jika masih menyewa, inilah peluang untuk memiliki rumah sendiri.
Jika sudah ada rumah sendiri,
inilah peluang menambah aset
Inilah cara mendapatkan pendapatan pasif.
Jika melihat terhias cantik,
Bukankah kita juga yang happy...

Adakah orang begini materialistik?
Adakah orang ini tidak pernah bersedekah/berzakat?
Adakah orang ini selfish?
Adakah orang ini hanya fikir pasal duniawi?

KENAPA TIDAK MEREBUT PELUANG DI DEPAN MATA?
JIKA DIBIARKAN, ORANG LAIN PULA YANG AMBIL...

So, stop the negativity

Okay...okay bila dah luahkan semua yang tidak berkenan di hati, marilah ceriakan diri dengan kata2 yang mencuit hati di hari Rabu. Bukan pujian yang dipinta, tapi sebagai pengubat hati yang kecewa, motivasi diri dan sedar akan potensi diri juga...Yang kureng di mata kita, mungkin lebih di mata orang lain. Cuba tengok bagaimana orang bisnes yang non muslim buat customer tersenyum happy (not that happy lah) dan bersyukur dengan apa yang dia dapat.

"Wah!!! You pandai pilih colour. Nanti nak minta you bagi suggestion lah"

"Oklah design ni...nanti I nak tiru sikitlah"

Padahal dia tak tahu, betapa pada hari jumaat tu I sakit kepala dan jadi tak tentu arah hanya kerana nak pilih warna cat rumah dan gate. Dia tak tahu yang I meronda2 di kawasan perumahan berdekatan untuk melihat warna yang berkenan di hati. Dia tak tahu betapa I agak kecewa pada hati Isnin apabila melihat warna cat sebenar tidak seperti yang digambarkan di dalam katalog. Dia tak tahu betapa I sibuk beberapa minggu sebelum ini surfing the internet searching for gate design. Dia tahu yang I tak cukup budget untuk buat design gate idaman hati. Jadi perlulah tukar material dan design yang mengikut budget dan menepati keperluan.

Perlu ditelan juga.

Case 1
Pagi semalam I dapat salinan surat kelulusan. Tapi I pelik macam mana orang lain boleh tandatangan borang yang sepatutnya I tandatangan. Yang I bengang dan tidak puashati ....
1. apa2 yang berlaku kelak I yg perlu bertanggungjawab kerana itu memang tugas I. Bukan tugas orang yang pandai2 turunkan tandatangan.
2. Does not matter whether I was not around or that is really urgent matter... someone cannot just simply sign the form.
3. Why that someone easily believe what other people say about me? If it really important, people can contact me by email or phone or just leave a notice.
4.When that someone assumed that I do not mind. Seriously???
5. Whatever it is that someone should contact and inform me before doing anything that involve me.

I learnt my lesson and hope that someone learnt her lesson too. The most important thing was that someone got the courtesy to apologise. I felt a bit relief too once I express my dissatisfaction to her.

A bit irritated when someone came to my house and asked why I did not make certain design to the fence wall.

Cermin dan limau dan macam2 lagi.

Ada apa dengan cermin dan limau????

Tengahari tadi pi ambil cermin yang ditempah ikut ukuran yg I beri...custom made kononnya. Unfortunately tak siap lagi..cermin ada tapi without frame. I guess it was purposely done like that since salah kira. The price should be RM120 instead of RM75. Eleh...I beli cermin lebih kurang saiz tu di Nilai 3 RM40 je. Tapi frame dark brown in color. Bersungguhlah si penerima tempahan pujuk I untuk bayar lebih. Maaflah, I would only pay what is on the bill, the price that we have been agreed on Saturday. Why should I pay the price due to their mistake??? Lagi kelakar si pemotong cermin kata owner kedai marah. Macamlah I tak tahu she is the owner haha. Macamlah I tak pernah tempah cermin dulu2. Kata si penerima tempahan gaji dia kena potong, dia rugi harga cermin, malah rugi dua biji limau juga haha.....I tak beli limau tu, jauh sekali nak minta...dah orang nak beri ;)))).

Lepas tu pi kedai ludah jilat kembali. FAHAM?? Macam ni...I have made a promise to myself not to go this shop any more since the sales girl called me something unacceptable in her language. Unfortunately my contractor has made a deal with them and I need to choose the tiles combination that suit my liking. Banyak fenin la....yang mana satu???

Current Project

I have been rejected thrice by the contractor (mac, may,oct/nov 2013). He claimed that he was busy with mega project such as school and huge banglo. Out of sudden, last month his wife asked me whether I want to renovate my porch or not. When thing happened unexpectedly, I didn't take a long time to agree ....

I paid the first instalment on Tuesday noon and really surprised when later in the evening I received a phone call from the contractor that he would start the demolishing work on Wednesday. I only managed to snap photos of my blooming pink and purple flowers in the morning...they were all gone by late afternoon huhu.....

Actually this is my fourth project.
My first project started about the same time last year and completed on July.
My second project started during fasting month and completed on sept 2013. Then the third one completed last month.
Nak terus buat semua idok le mampu.
Sikit2 jadilah rumah yang selesa diduduki dan sedap dipandang dek mata sendiri.

Apa yang penting, semua kerja perlu dipantau dan sebarang ketidakpuashati perlu disuarakan dengan segera kepada kontraktor untuk mengelakkan kekesalan di kemudian hari.Jika memang tidak boleh diubah lagi, perlulah redha dan terima seadanya...Thing happens for a reason...yang penting be grateful.
Contoh:
Kitchen cabinet yg dibina tidak mempunyai penutup atas walaupun telah dipesan kepada installer dan juga telah dilakar. Walaupun nampak tak kemas, hikmahnya resapan air dinding dari balkoni rumah jiran boleh dikesan dan segera dibaiki.

Rumah idaman

Gara-gara stress, banyak kerja....on Monday the 7th, aku tergedik2 surfing for white kitchen lah, space under stairs lah. Tetiba terpikir nak cari software for kitchen. Sebab free bolehlah download. So, aku sajalah, renovate rumah yg aku pernah stay masa kerja dulu. Best jugak boleh buat floor plan. Then I discovered that we can play around with the fabric, carpet, tiles etc....Apalagi sungguh gigih aku mengerjakannya dari petang sampai 10.53pm. Dan inilah hasilnya.........
La, ingatkan free software, rupanya free trial for 7 days. Tak kisahlah, nanti aku cari software lain. Hahhaha saja je letak material kitchen cabinet maple color, actually I prefer white kitchen.

Kuat berangan ek. Biasa orang buat utility room as store or maid room kan. Aku teringin nak jadikan ia ruang rehat lah takpun bilik tetamu. So nak lapang dinding kasi pecah. Buat folding door. Hari biasa kasi bukak itu pintu. Kalau ada tetamu nak berehat or stay overnight, tarik je la folding door tu.

Tapi kalau yang lutsinar, kena pasang blind or curtain lah. Sofa tu mestilah sofa bed kan.....Buatlah new door to back yard garden from utility room and tingkap ala2 rumah Melayu tradisional. So kita or tetamu boleh menikmati keindahan back yard garden.........

Konon nak letak wingchair or chesterfield nearby the bay window. Tapi the choices of chair and fabric in the software is limited lah. Itulah sesudahnya rumah tu dah macam play ground pulak colourful gitu hehehhe...............

Punyalah berangan, hampir pukul 11pm baru aku mandi and masak dinner/supper -Mee goreng lado hitam. Ni tengok kat rumah LG lah....Cuma masa aku buat tu aku tak berapa ingat sangat resipinya. Tak kuasa aku nak bertenet bila dah lapo hehhehe. Kali kedualah aku buat ni. . I just used Hokkien noodle bought from Woolies. Perap daging with white pepper and soy sauce. Memula tumis bahan tumbuk-black pepper+onion+garlic+ginger, then add in beef. Lepas tu masukkan kicap kipas udang, cili sos maggi and oyster sauce. Bila daging dah masak, maka masukkan lah mee dan karot. Bila dah gaul sebati baru masukkan sawi....yummmmmmmmmmmm....Thanks LG for the recipe walaupun banyak derhaka kot hahhaha..........

Korang tau kenapa aku stress tuh...Memang banyak kerja. Pulak tu lewat pagi senin aku email my spv. Korang abaikan lah my english grammar ek...yg penting spv aku faham hahhaha

Maka bermula, dari 12am sehinggalah 5.30 am, aku dok ngadap lappy typing the letter and the supporting document. But still on tuesday I didn't manage to finish it. Dalam pada tu aku terperasan yg my housemate tak balik pun. Kalau selama ni selalu pulang lewat. Rupa-rupanya memang tak balik lansung. Manalah dia tidur. Risau jugak. Tapi at around 11am dia balik ambil baju kot, then she left.............Hmm baru aku tau camna rasanya jika housemate tak bagitau mana depa p n mana depa tido. What you did, you get back....padanlah muka aku. I learned my lesson....
