Semasa memilih tu pun kami yg bantu beri justifikasi
So adilkah begitu?
Adil dari segi meletakkan sesuatu pd tempatnya
Org tu pun bila diminta sediakan/komen psl kriteria pemilihan

Yup! It is hard to deal with others

Yesterday
OMG I couldn't control myself 😰
I ran amok with admin staff in front of second boss
I have made a complain to him about unfair issue on 19 feb.
But till monday nothing change
He said he has already contacted the relevant department
But cannot do anything anymore
The selection is based on seniority
Then why didn't he update that with me

Then I directly contacted the relevant department
Guess what???
They can make the change
So where the term "cannot do anything anymore" came from?
But of course I have to get the approval from my team member

At the first place that team member suppose to be the person in charge
He is more suitable than I am due to the fact he is the coordinator
Not me !!!!
Unfortunately he seemed reluctant to in charge formally
He just wanna help me 🤦‍♀️
But what will happen if something happened?
Who is the person in charge on the event day?
Whose name in the appointment letter?
Alhamdulillah finally he agreed
So I wrote an email to the relevant department and cc to him to make the change formally and gave the justification as well.

Unfortunately since then he just ignored my whatsapp messages, phone calls amd email
I feel like a beggar
😭😭😭😰.
Did he angry with me????
The document that he shared is print disable
So I cant print it
Whereas I really need it
As a benchmark for my customers works
I suppose to settle my task by today
Unfortunately due to that I have to postpone it
It is a burden for me to just read the doc in the phone
I can't even read it in my laptop due to internet problem
I am really stress about this.
Why?
Why he did this to me???

That is why I do not like...
 to do certain task in team
Or depend on others
Dealing with others ...
either it gonna ease or burden our work
Either it gonna complete in a short or long time
Either I gonna happy or upset...

Today....
When I met one of the staff here
I said I feel sad...

Last year
One of the staff that quite close to me
were transfered to another department
This year
my close friend will be leaving
So I remind that staff
If she wanna move some where else she should tell me earlier

Her words really touched me
She won't apply for any exchange
Unless she is transferred

Anyway...
Just leave this emotional mode...

I feel a bit haywire

So I cant clear my office table ...

Just submitted my MC and other supporting doc to cancel my leave to the clerk...

Owh..I traced out the last 5 years email

And asked about the appreciation token...

They might overlooked my name 

Or I am not eligible to get it due to my absent...

Whatever it is they should be fair to all

I spent most of the time to contact and set appointments with customers from various level for next week...

I learnt something today as well...

If you have ANY DOUBT on something:

PLS DO NOT HESITATE 

- to find any previous related info/doc

- to ask around to get the clear pics of the situation

- to confirm it with whoever person in charge 

PLS DO NOT AFRAID OR WORRY

- about what people might think of your action

I left office after 7.30pm

No matter how happy she was
But she could not deny the fact that she is worrying
When she got everything that she wished for so long on 3 SUCCESSIVE years....
In 2017 she met her spouse
In 2018 she welcomed her first bundle of joy
In 2019 she got better job offer

Today...
Again I heard the same line
But definitely from other person
with different stories

After what she have been through
This year her wishes were granted at A TIME
A funding for her project
Good customer
Her

Yup...
I learnt many things here

Got nothing is a test
Got everything is also a test
Sadness is a test
Happiness is also a test
Failure is a test
Successful is also a test

Never ever give up
Keep on making effort
Keep on praying
Keep on believing
The most important thing is be grateful...
And never ever be arrogant whenever you are at the top

I planned to do my office work
But ended up doing my creative work
Copy, cut, check online, edit, draw, color
Alhamdulillah all three were completed by 9pm

Eh! Need to act fast
Have to do something
Raised certain issue...
While explaining higlight who should be the priority
So that the unshameful colleague realise her mistake
I should check next week whether she gonna change it or not...

As expected someone acted annoyingly
No matter how good you are

That strict voice tone was so unrespectful
Especially to senior...

When I voice out on someone's work
The good thing she checked it
But guess what?

And you tend to closed eyes on what I did?

When I expressed my concern on protection issue

After 4pm
I called one department at the city council
All four numbers in the directory were unaswered
The same goes to the operator
😠😠😠
I even called the secretary office
Still the same
Finally someone at the mayor office answered
But of course he did not know about that department 😰

I left office after 6pm
Opps...I accidently interupt a video shooting
Wow! Romantic genre...

On friday
No matter how I wanna attend an event as early as I can...
I ended up to come late...

When I was at the main office
My colleague accidently spilt out something about their so called group plan
Seriously?
Not a single one of them opposed to that idea
Be it the senior or experience colleagues as well as the one in top position
To someone who busy with the quote together we are stronger...
Come on...
Please walk the talk
I am really upset with all these craps
They seems to make our unit split apart

Once back in office
I hurried to search for several relevant team feedback in the internet and improve the one that I have been using for many years...
I only stopped working for a while to had quick lunch....

As I was about to send the customers doc to my colleague, I came out with the idea of adding movie inspired images....
Once again, internet is my saviour...
Alhamdulillah  I managed to submit everything to her by 2pm

Then, continue with other task
Yup...definitely we have to follow the rule
Can't avoid from preparing reminder letter for those who against it....

By 4pm I was too tired
And got blurry vision
Really need a rest....
But pile of work to do...
So just went to the toilet and washed my face 😅 ....

Then continue with the rule monitoring task...
Really tedious task and wasting my time...
😠😠 😠
I only left office after 6pm..
Went to pick up my baju kurong
And bought these...

Meeting, gossiping, printing, shopping...

What happened on Tuesday???
We got meeting at 9am.
We have to update certain docs to new format.
But it kinda ridiculous distribution ...
when I have to update doc that I never use
Whereas my colleague have to update that I frequently use
😅😰😅

Definitely it was tedious to update the doc one by one
And we have to calculate the percentage to meet the requirement
But we really had fun
Coz with the right people 😍
And being makcik bawang juga 😂😂
Tu yg makan nasi lomak dua kali
For morning break and lunch 😅

But...hmm...

And ignored the other seniors

My colleague and I had to print certificate for our previous program and separate it according to certain unit.
It was good with OCD person where everything should be centred and proper
What a relief when we managed to complete everything after an hour
And submitted it to the office boy

To pick up this...

The staff said that he called me that morning but I didnt pick up his call
It has been 7 days so they have to follow the regulation to return the parcel to the sender.
Otherwise they will we in trouble during audit process...
I wonder why I did not receive any call...
When I checked the poslaju form...hmm...the last number is wrong 😅

I stopped by at the food court
To buy my favourite rice and mee kari
Owh currypuff as well...

I tried to sort the mess ...

No matter how I planned to go work early
I was still late 😰😰😰....
This time I was in hurry to find and scan material for customer project.

I got 11am appointment...But really annoyed when people came late for that. Just because the other party took longer time to complete her task...Hello why take my slot if you are the one who failed with your time management? This is really selfish...ko sibuk pi kursus sana sini for career development tu hak ko. Tapi jangan abaikan tanggungjawab tugas lain juga. Jangan ambil masa orang lain juga...padahal the representative have already told you....Dahlah selfish, rude pun ya jugak....

I got another appointment in the afternoon...
It's frustrated when people never listen to me ...tak kisahlah dah tunjuk ke, dah pesan byk kali, dah caksp baik2 ke or dah marah. Boleh terluka, sakit tenat atau matikah kalau ikut yg I pesan??? 😠😠😠😠

I was dissapointed with my new laptop connection to WIFI. Not only that sometimes it got problem with mobile data tethering. It really cause problem to do my work.

Once back to my office I need to focus with preparing material for Saturday program. I managed to complete 3/4 of it...

This was by brekky...

Alhamdulillah I managed to complete material preparation and photocopy it by 11am.

A bit weird when the sometimes moody colleague came to my office again and sharing new mobile apps that is useful to our work. Whatever it is I feel grateful that our relation getting better....

Then I focused on revising using a software by sketching and simulating. I learnt new trick online and accidently while exploring it. I really love to apply my area with real life application. And this time I tried to relate it with industry, pottery and arts 😍😍😍....

And here was my late lunch...sambal bilis tempoyak ....

Then I continued with my work. Around 3pm I I attended a project presentation session....Hmm...what he presented not really inline with his objectives as commented by my senior colleagues. One thing that I learnt there that sometimes the experiences people do have problem in giving proper guiding. Another thing is I should never feel down when discussing with them...if I have idea or suggestion just share it ....

While attending that session someone sent me a message around 4pm to me...he wanted to see me at that time...Hello i have remind him and given him several chance but he did not show up...and now he chose his own sweet time to see me.

I left office after 6.30pm and only them I remember I should go to town to buy biscuits and rollcake...

My weekdays

I attended two days courses on Monday and Tuesday. It is good for our career development. But sometimes a bit frustrated when the technology has its limit and a bit annoyed when I could not focus since the customers keep sending messages regardless of my long list of reminder 😰....

However, regardless of the courses, I still need to stay back at my office for that two days to check/monitor documents prepared by my colleague as instructed by my boss. Not only searching infos on the internet, I even asked senior colleague opinion on certain item and junior colleague on the english term. What a relief and satisfaction when I managed to sent my comments/suggestions on tuesday evening. Because I know that I have done my best not just for the sake of completing it...

I planned to prepare documents for my customers at home. Unfortunately I was too tired and just have a rest ....

Here was my dinner on monday...ginger chicken and pajeri nenas...

My lunch on tuesday...roasted chicken and pasta....

While having this suddenly someone knocked my office door. Hish lunch hour kot...no common sense huh..Moreover I was rushing to the second slot of the course. Luckily I did not run amok...it's my colleague 😂😂😂....What? Wanna my opinion for Public Mutual and ASB. I pun tak tahu sangat. Both are good for long term investment. However PM is a bit risky if the price per unit drop, but you get more units 😀.  Pastikan dapatkan agen yg bagus ...know when to switch your units to Bond, selalu update you and sometimes beri you hamper eh! 😅😅😅😅...PM pun makan masa nak di keluarkan. ASB tu confirmlah terjamin. Tapi lately the dividen rate getting decreasing 😰...Pulak tu senang nak withdraw di bank atau pejabat pos. But of course ASB tetap di hatiku. But ASB loan is a NO NO. Buat apa meminjam untuk menyimpan? The interest rate is very high. Unless you learn the trick and know how to manipulate it....I ni pulak asyik terpengaruh je...dah 3 kali pulak tu 😰...so rugilah. Bila dah terinsaf and nak keluarkan, memanglah rugi and perlu bayar juga jika terminate the loan before 3 years.

Owh I bought durian on Tuesday...2kg for RM22...but not really a good durian... taste n texture wise...

I had dinner from the lunch leftover...jimat 😀

On wednesday ...
I wonder whether I got hospital appointment or not. The clinic staff told me he gonna arrange it for me and tell me the date. Unfortunately I didn't receive any phone call. So I had to call the clinic instead.. Alhamdulillah he have already arranged the appointment and it  gonna be on september not on that day 😀. Thus,  I can focus on my work at office....However I went late to office. You know what? I did check my weight..Oh NOOOOO!!!! 60.8kg !!!!.... The highest body weight ever for me....I should do something....

Once arrived at office I tried to find material for new project for customers. But I was blank.
During lunch hour I went down to meet my group members and  had food from the workshop. I had a short discussion with my colleague about the document that I have commented. A bit uncomfortable when the junior instructed me like a boss...Yes she is the group leader but she should learn on how to be a leader to senior staff...No matter how good you are you should have manners too...Reminder to myself as well...

In the afternoon I tried to focus on preparing the second part of my team work. Only after 3.30pm I went down to join them. But most of the time we being makcik onion 😂....

After the workshop done off I went back my office...It is better for me to prepare material for customer instead of continue with my team work...I should prioritize the urgent one...Got many ideas until I became confuse 😅....

Datang semula sakit kepala umpama batu atas kapla dan tegang tengkuk...
Ah! Sudah...
Padahal minum jasmine tea je ...
Nak kata pasal mkn udang...awat dari awal pagi tak sakit kepala kan...

Pulak tu once again when the attention seeker bikin kecoh...
Berapa kali nak inform kami da...
Kalau nak wish our collegue for the success of their program, perlukah inform you pi mana?

Senang cerita agihan tak adil
Isu kroni pun dh mcm biasa..
Katanya unit kami perlu main peranan juga
Tapi rupa2nya due to issue with the big boss dia juga serahkan tugasnya kpd si attenton seeker ...since she got the experience
Tapi sudah dipesan utk libatkan semua...
Tapi hmm....kalau betul libatkan idok le I bebel di sini 😅

A bit annoyed when she highligted about fair concept...
Not necessarily to equally divide
But to appoint the relevant person...
Habih tu how la org lain be relevant if they never given a chance...

Seriously I am not happy with this unfair issues...

Well here is my lunch ...

Dah kenyang makan, rehatlah di rumah....
Then I checked my trainee tasks via online....seems ok. But of course I gave feedback for certain aspects that need to improve.....

Then, I prepared a report for problematic people...long list of it together with chronology and actions that has been taken. Yup better be prepared...before the bosses arguing and blaming for no action taken....

Buatlah: Perlu buat, tolong atau pantau

Hmm...boss macam tau2 je 😅😅😅...
Seems weird he contacted me at noon...
He asked me to monitor our colleagues work and highligted that I may know it better. Ok...whatever...

But later in afternoon, I just asked my colleague what did the bos tell her. Owh...to help huh not to monitor!!!... Well, of course I helped them and got involve with the discussion. But kinda confused why did they wanna change the paperwork that me and my team has prepared last year for other department? They should proposed the new one... but what is the suitable name for it? Most suitable name was taken. Anyway..finally I came out with catchy name....But is it acceptable? How about search it on the internet. Alhamdulillah ...it does exist and used by several organization at overseas...

So penjual luar untung RM1.20...

I hardly contact my colleague
But on friday morning, I had to call her due to my problematic customer that under her observation
Never expected from there lead to another topic of conversation....

Sick of with show off people is nothing new....
If you want to send message to particular person
What is wrong with sending message privately?
Why there is a need to post in group? 😅

Not talking each other for nearly a month is really terrible....
What went wrong?
If you have problem...then take a leave...
Why opted for something against the rules and involved other people?
It is all about integrity....
But the other party argued about spreading of what she had done...
Yes both got their point
When I said Raya is coming soon...so it is a good time to apologising each other...
But my colleague refused to do so 😅...
Whatever ...do not ever intefere on other people affairs...
We can make suggestions...but do not persuade them to listen to us ...

There are other issue as well ...
When the customers made a complaint about our other colleague...
Hello...if you are good then you are good
If you knew you are not good enough right from the start then why don't you guys make extra effort....
Pity my colleague...
Due to that she got a warning from the boss....
Hmm...customer is not always right...
Yup...very dissapointing when we have to do something against our principle as well as the work integrity....
