Infused water

Sekarang ini popular pula infused water. Ada dilihat di blog, malah di FB. Hari ini pula ada slot infused water dalam Nona TV3. Maka petang tadi saya terpanggil to join the club ;))). Campuran lemon, cucumber and cinnamon dikatakan baik untuk sistem penghadaman...

Menu sihat atau malas

I was craving for tauhu sumbat yesterday. Tapi aku malas nak menyumbat. So, I ended up frying the tauhu and mixed it with vegies for dinner yesterday. Guess what? I ate this tauhu goreng with sos sirim Kak Aidah-versi derhaka.
Selain aku memang takde bahan yang cukup untuk buat sos Sirim kak Aidah, aku memang malas nak naik atas dan check the recipe. I just remember the peanut butter and chili sauce. So, there you are, kasi gaul peanut butter, chili sauce and minced garlic. Nak kuah cair, tuang je air panas. Sedap pulak sos ni walaupun versi derhaka, belum buat sos yang versi taat tuh, pasti jilat jari. Apa2 pun Kak Aidah, thank you for sharing the recipe :)).
For today, seharian aku berhibernasi in my room. Dah petang baru kuar bilik. So, kiranya for early dinner I had this sup tauhu.
Hahaha....hari2 makan tauhu. Semoga aku menjadi orang yang serba tahu dan berpengetahuan. Hmmm...ada kaitan ke makan tauhu dengan pengetahuan tuh ;).............
Kiranya menu sihatlah kan, selain nak menurunkan berat badan dan yang utamanya malas hahaha.
Aku ni kan kuat makan dan kerap makan. Kejap2 nak mengunyah, takpun mengudap. So daripada aku dok munching the non healthy snack such as potato chips, it is better if I munch these healthy snack which has no colestrol and also good for our mind....

5 ways to lose fat faster

Hi there...Here, I wanna share on how to lose fat faster. I need these tips before going back to Malaysia to avoid rasa sedih dan bengang bila ramai yang komen tentang kebelonan aku ;). Sempatkah ???? Pasti ramai yang sudah tahu dan sedia maklum bagaimana untuk menghilangkan berat badan yang berlebihan. Anyway, here are the 5 top tips to lose fat faster suggested by Andrew Simmons, CEO and Founder of Vision Personal Training :
1. Eliminate the saturated fats from your diet
(Exp: dairy product, fatty meats, processed food etc).
2. Eliminate the "three white flours" (white bread, white pasta and white rice) and go for the brown versions (whole grain bread, wholemeal pasta, and brown rice). They should be eaten in moderation only though, as water based carbohydrates such as lettuce, celery, tomatoes, capsicum, strawberries, kiwi fruit, plums etc are the best choices to accelerate your results.
3. Eat fish to replace the starchy carbohydrates to fill you up and help you increase your metabolism.
4. Perform cardiovascular training first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
5. Lift weights twice per week to stimulate your metabolism.
"Another really important tip is to reduce sodium rich foods from your diet as they retain water," he says. "It won’t make you lose fat but it will reduce your body weight (water). This gives people a sense of confidence that they are moving in the right direction. There are also many other associated health benefits of reducing sodium including reduced blood pressure."

Tip 1 -kecintaanku terhadap susu lembu OZ terpaksalah dihentikan huhuhu...
Tip 2-done, la ni makan lebanese wholemeal bread
Tip 3-ikan Oz mahal, sekali sekala bolehlah
Tip 4-nak buat sebulan sekali pun payoh.
Tip5-nak bawa diri sendiri pun susah, inikan pulak nak angkat berat. Psst...angkat beg sekolah yang berat tu oklah kan ;)).....

Hendak seribu daya, tak hendak seribu dalih....
