5 ways to lose fat faster

Hi there...Here, I wanna share on how to lose fat faster. I need these tips before going back to Malaysia to avoid rasa sedih dan bengang bila ramai yang komen tentang kebelonan aku ;). Sempatkah ???? Pasti ramai yang sudah tahu dan sedia maklum bagaimana untuk menghilangkan berat badan yang berlebihan. Anyway, here are the 5 top tips to lose fat faster suggested by Andrew Simmons, CEO and Founder of Vision Personal Training :

1. Eliminate the saturated fats from your diet
(Exp: dairy product, fatty meats, processed food etc).

2. Eliminate the "three white flours" (white bread, white pasta and white rice) and go for the brown versions (whole grain bread, wholemeal pasta, and brown rice). They should be eaten in moderation only though, as water based carbohydrates such as lettuce, celery, tomatoes, capsicum, strawberries, kiwi fruit, plums etc are the best choices to accelerate your results.

3. Eat fish to replace the starchy carbohydrates to fill you up and help you increase your metabolism.

4. Perform cardiovascular training first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

5. Lift weights twice per week to stimulate your metabolism.

"Another really important tip is to reduce sodium rich foods from your diet as they retain water," he says. "It won’t make you lose fat but it will reduce your body weight (water). This gives people a sense of confidence that they are moving in the right direction. There are also many other associated health benefits of reducing sodium including reduced blood pressure."

Tip 1 -kecintaanku terhadap susu lembu OZ terpaksalah dihentikan huhuhu...
Tip 2-done, la ni makan lebanese wholemeal bread
Tip 3-ikan Oz mahal, sekali sekala bolehlah
Tip 4-nak buat sebulan sekali pun payoh.
Tip5-nak bawa diri sendiri pun susah, inikan pulak nak angkat berat. Psst...angkat beg sekolah yang berat tu oklah kan ;)).....
