While we are chit chatting
Do not just listen
But make it as guidance and reminder...
No matter how furious we are with the boss
Never ever tell our colleagues about it
Later whenever they are not satisfy with us
They will use that to stab our back
Or even worse humiliate us to the whole unit
As a consequence....
To everyone we are terrible employees
No matter how slow our boss is
Never ever tell the related third party about it
Never ever tell them the work progress unofficially
Later they will use our name and confront our boss about it
As a consequence....
The boss thought that we leaked the internal infos
How are we gonna stay happy at work when everybody is against us????
