My style of exercise

Bangun awal pagi, semangat begitu membara untuk bersenam. Pastinya mau join program senaman di TV untuk dapat lebih momentum. Tapi tetiba lapar pulak....


Hmm..begitulah cara saya bersenam...having brekky while watching exercise program :P.

Tu cerita bulan lepas, keinginan ada, pelaksanaan tiada. My brother words made me furious with him and myself

Maka bermula Rabu minggu ni, pepagi I buat senaman perut for about 10-15 mins. This morning, I ikut video di youtube for about 20 mins, then buat sikit ikut program di channel 728, finally buat senaman perut. Guess what? My friend and I went for one hour brisk walking this evening starting from 5.50pm. Balik rumah, sambung buat senaman perut. Tapi punyalah tak senonoh lepas tu pi bantai minum ni ha.........


Tetiba I rajin pulak berblogging kan. Lepas exercise, bolehlah jenguk blog jap. I have to push myself to do it or else I tend to forget whatever I have done. I tak larat nak tulis in my corporate diary.  So, this blog helps me to check on something later on.

Anyway, what a hectic day today. From 9-11.30am, I prepared the assessment form for my customer. Definitely, I got distraction from my colleague and today one of them suggested to me to watch mind power video on youtube. Kinda like -imagine it, strive for it and we achieve it. Imagine kita meraikan majlis konvokesyen with family and supervisor, Insha Allah akan tercapai. It's good input for our life but this video can wait during this critical time.

Later, I got appointment with customer from 12-1pm. Since I got long discussion with the first group and then I have to wait the input from the second group due to area of interest changes, this meeting ended around 2pm. Lapo giler....Then I wanted to pray and go out for lunch. Unfortunately my boss's PA came and asked me to provide the evidence for the error in my colleague's data entry. I have to handle that data entry since she is on maternity leave, even though I know nothing about that project. Blank and blur sekejap dalam keadaan lapar. Mana nak cari ? some of the evidence ada dalam my lappy di rumah. Okay, ada yg I dah email pada boss. Dia tak perasanlah tuh. Previously I had difficulty to key in that data due to system error. Once that problem was solved, there was another error due to unmatched record.  So, I have to go through the raw data manually in order to provide the evidence that the system read/interpret the raw data wrongly. Huh! teknologi yang menyusahkan bukan yang memudahkan. Then, kena turun tingkat bawah nak photostat raw data and print other evidence from email. Siap highlight kan untuk memudahkan my boss.

Bila balik ke office nampak pulak my colleague yg nak pindah di wing kami. Dia contact cleaner untuk bersihkan bilik dia, tapi cleaner tak angkat phone pulak. So, I invited her to come in my room and offered myself to contact the cleaner. Jawab pulak minah tu. So, satu hal pulak nak tunggu cleaner. Akhirnya, bolehlah saya pi ambil wuduk. Balik dari wuduk ada kawan lain pulak bertanyakan pasal isu bilik. Selesai je solat dalam keadaan tanpa mekap dan rambut serabai, staf yg uruskan penempatan bilik kami pulak nak jumpa I. Selain membebel pasal isu bilik, he gave me senarai bil berkaitan rumah yang dia telah bayarkan sepanjang ketiadaan saya dahulu.....mencecah  RM600 huhuhu.  Hutang..hutang perlu dibayar segera.

Akhirnya sekitar 4.10pm barulah saya keluar nak pi lunch. Hahhah dah petang baru dapat lunch....nasi goreng daging merah dan air tembikai ya...........
