Lost 2 kg ......

Haritu sebelum Ramadhan, I lost 2 kg tau..dari 53kg lah. Yup my weight has reached that frightening figure. Macam tak percaya, tapi I kena terima la huhuhu.......
Anyway, how I lost 2kg?

I reduced my food intake and just had these food for dinner :

Grilled chicken salad


and black pepper/garlic peas


But I still ate rice for lunch ;) and of course smaller portion....

How about during fasting month?
Well, I should say it is very slow weight loss. For several days it just static at 51kg, then only the weight scale showed 50kg. As predicted, it just static at that number for several days. Alhamdulillah I saw 49kg yesterday hehehhe........
