Apa ku buat di hari raya Aidil Adha

Cantikkan bunga tu...Salam Aidil adha. Lama betul tak berblog kan....

Here, we celebrated Aidil Adha on tuesday, 16 Nov 2010. Actually aku plan pergi solat raya by bus. Alhamdulillah, ada kawan yang sudi menumpangkan kami. Segan nak tunjuk gambar sebelum dan selepas solat, maka aku tunjukkan makanan yang disajikan selepas solat. Aku hanya kenal baklava je...tapi yang satu tu sebijik macam wajik...

Then, kami berkampung dirumah kawan kami. Aku malas nak ambil gambar makanan, tapi antaranya yang aku ingat ada nasi tomato dan rakan2nya, daging dendeng, bihun dan mee goreng, bubur pulut hitam, rojak buah, desert dll. Aku bawa apalagi....tartlah.

Macam2 jadi the night before. Aku dah beli St Dalfour blueberry jam, tapi tak jumpa. Luckily my housemate ada mixberry homemade jam. Pulak tu for the cream cheese feeling aku terletak 60gm butter instead of 20gm. Luckily ok hahaha...I got the recipe from http://mamafami.blogspot.com/2009/07/blueberry-cheese-tart.html. TQVM Mamafami...:).

Then, I have photo shoot session with my gediks friend at the botanic garden.



But, we really not in the mood that day to pose bagai nak rak. Lagipun rasa penat semacam. In fact I cancelled my plan nak masuk ofis nak run my programming. That nite, aku teringin sangat nak makan someting ala2 raya foodies. Almaklumlah tadi takde lemang dan rendang. Tapi takde daging..minced beef adalah. Yang ada pun chicken breast dalam 200gm. Tetiba teringat daging masak itam Cik Elyza, maka aku buat ayam itam hahaha....

Tapi aku malas nak surf tenet and copy resipi Cik Eliya. So aku bantai je resipinya....bahan tumis yang biasa+cili serbuk, mestilah ada kicap kan, yang lain aku ingat ada jintan manis hahaha. Sedap gak walaupun dah ada kicap aku pi letak garam hahaha...maka tambahlah air dan gula hahaha. Tapi today kenalah surf tenet jugak coz nak link the ori recipe. TQVM Eliya :). Ayamnya sikit sangat, maka kena tambah carrotlah hehehe...On wednesday I had the same menu for lunch, since it's a bit dry, so aku tambah airlah.

Tapi minyak nampak bergenang pulak hehehe. Then, malam tu biasalah masak my fevret food hehehe..sambal tumis ikan bilis with telur dadar. Malas nak tepek gambar. Siap bawak bekal for lunch on thursday tuh. Tetiba teringin pulak nak makan lamb rogan josh, butter chicken n vegies curry..maka terpaksalah ke city mencari indian food. Hari ini pun aku melantak that indian food with bread for lunch :))...

Sejuk pulak harini...Semalam ok, cuma petang ada gerimis sikit. Padahal spring nak masuk summer. Such an unpredictable weather. Last 2 weeks panas giler. Last week kejap warm, kejap hujan lebat. Suhu sekejap 19, sekejap 25 degree...
Oz weather huh....

  2. Hi FairyLily, I love that first pic of the flowers. Really beautiful. Apa bunga tu? I bet it smells nice too.
    And your cooking is sumptuous! Tiga pingan nasi da guarantee, ha ha.
    Can see your food is cooked with that special ingredient called, 'sayang', ha ha.

    And there is no spectacle on this earth more appealing than that of a beautiful wife and mother in the act of cooking dinner for her loved ones.

    Hehehe..I don't know what is the name of that flower. Yup..definitely there is special ingredient called sayang if I cook for my loves one..Unfortunataly, this one I just cook for myself...so the special ingredient is only sedap tak sedap, telan sahaja hahaha
