Dendeng berlado and grilled egg plant

Actually at first, I planned to cook terung rebus berlado, tiba-tiba teringin nak makan daging dendeng berlado pulak semalam. Saya guna resipi mesra.net dan sajionline. Terimakasih banyak ya kepada penyumbang resipi nih. Saya gabung kedua-dua resipi nih dan ubahsuai sikit. Saya perap sekejap daging tuh dengan halia dan kunyit, then terus goreng. Kelakar je dok tunggu lama daging tu jadi hitam...luckily angkat cepat...kalau tak mau nyer rentung. Tetiba je nampak sikit sangat daging tuh hehehe..yelah dah mengecut dan garing giler. Itupun kira dah rentung coz my housemate senyum bila makan daging tuh tanpa sambal...dia kata better tambah air. Hmm..camno nak tambah air kat daging goreng tu kak oi... Aku puas hati je coz rasanya sesedap kat restauran nasi padang kat Nilai tuh, in fact mine tak sekeras daging kat situ. Untuk bahan tumis saya guna resipi kedua tapi tambah bawang putih. So, here's my version of dendeng berlado with grilled egg plant/brinjal...For the eggplant I just used salt and basil as seasoning...
Jangan pulak ketawakan cili I yang buntang2 (kasar) tu ya. Segan pulak nak berketang ketung kat dapur. Takut ganggu my housemates and my neighbours, selain dari alasan malas lah hehehe. Nak kuah, saya makanlah dengan gulai tolo leftover from saturday. Psst...I found another recipe for dendeng berlado here while typing this entry. Macam pelik pulak, tiba-tiba rajin pulak masak2 di bulan ramadhan nikan...

So for moreh...I had sago berjagung again and these cherries...

so sweet..kojap jo dah hilang hehehe. I bought these cherries last saturday..beli sikit je coz masih mahal sangat aud14/kg. Tulah masa pi Paddys market haritu eksen tak mau beli..yolah, tak teringin kan.

For iftar today, I just had the same menu. Hish..penat mengarang ayat to terminate my AmIslamic Bank card due to their unsatisfactory service and the cost burden to not so important customer like me...:(.

  2. hari tu akak beli cherry tengah offer kat isetan, 1 pack berapa gram ntah dlm 15 hengget. manis betul rasanya. mengancam betul tgk gambar daging dendeng ko tu....puasa2 ni lagi lah kannnn....huhuhu....

    fuyoh nengok dendeng berlado tu betul2 menguji kesabaran. grilled egg plant tu akak tak pernah lagi buat, mesti best kan. buah cherry tu betul2 menduga................huaaaaa

    saya terpaksa beli sebab terliur tengok my housemate makan ceri haritu :).

    itu bila mode rajin, rasa seronok je masak n tengok apa yg kita dah masak hehehe..
    bila tiba mode malas..maggi je la hahaha.
    Saya tunggu version akak ya..mesti mengancam macam lauk pauk yg lain.
