It started getting chilly, even though it just the beginning of autumn. I felt the chill air pass through my skin once I were outside my school at 8.30 pm tonite. Luckily, I brought my cardigan hehehehe and luckily it was not windy.....
Today 02/03/2011 is actually my first day of third year candidature as a research student in OZ, the land down under. How time flies so very fast huhuhu.....What a mixed feeling....Excited because it only one year left to finish my studies...insya allah. Nervous because I got so many things to do ... In fact I still hasn't improve my English language too huhuhu. Anyway, to celebrate my third year candidature, I baked

Tapikan kalau korang tak kenal pun, aku tak marah pun coz kek ni teksturnya nampak lain dari yg orang lain buatkan. Senang cakap....bantatlah huhuhu. Tulah, orang lain buat, aku pun mengada-ngada nak buat jugak.

1. Kurang bahan.
Bila baca resipi, baru aku perasan aku tiada baking soda. Tapi aku bantai je campur cuka+baking powder, berbuih jugak. Housemate aku yg food nutrionist tu kata; baking powder=baking soda. Tapi tadi bila aku google, baking powder=baking soda+bahan lain apatah. Hehehe, patutlah berbuih jugak.
2. Salah sukatan.
My cup =160ml, rasanya yg dalam resipi tuh =240ml
I guna table and tea spoon biasa, resipi=baking table and tea spoon
3. Buttermilk kurang menjadi
Aku tak kacau rata susu+cream tartar. Bila tuang yang kononnya buttermilk dalam adunan, cream tartar tak larut pun. I better use vinegar for next time. Eh, nak buat lagi ke?????
4. Tak tetap satu resipi.
Masa buat adunan cake tuh, aku keliru between this recipe and this recipe.
Anyway TQVM for both of them. I better stick to one recipe only for next time. Eh!! memang nak buat lagi ke?????
Dan reason yang paling tak senonoh ................
5. Tidak tahu rasa sebenar kek.
Habih, dah aku tak pernah makan kek ini :p
Ada yang kata ada rasa hint of choc
( Mine, macam tiada je)
Ada yang kata ada rasa masam2 manis
(Mine, memanglah bab frosting ada rasa masam2, bab cake tuh sukar dijelaskan )
Ada yang kata rasa manis buah (Mine, confirm aku kedekut gula hehehe...)
Tapikan, kalau memang kek aku tak sedap lansung, kenapa isi dalam bekas yang berklip biru tu licin ya.
