Nak kurangkan berat

Ni schedule post....
Tak kuasa nak type entry during working hours.

Berat sebelum puasa -seminggu puasa kononnya, 12 jun 2016: 54 kg


Berat  2 minggu berpuasa, 21-22 jun: 22.5 kg


Berat 24 jun -19 hari berpuasa: 21.5 kg


Jika tak ambil nasi, mungkin lebih cepat turun. Boss i cakap, anak kawannya lose 10kg for not eating rice during fasting month. I tak boleh tanpa nasi di bulan puasa. Setakat 1-2 hari oklah. So, I need to do sonething....

Masa cuti nuzul Quran I cuba exercise sikit. Semalam pun buat sikit dan baru nak ambil ambil green aard before sahur.

Jom aiskrim.....eh!!!!
