Udon Kelantan and mamak style

 This udon noodle was my menu for breaking fast on wednesday.

Tapi saya buat style laksam hehhe. Senang je, panaskan lebihan filling solok lada, tambah santan, garam, lada hitam dan sayuran. Then masukkan udon noodle yang telah dicelur. Sungguh enak bila ditambah sambal belacan yang ntah bila tuh hahhahah.

Then I had mamak style stir fried udon to break my fast yesterday.

Hahhah, tipu bukan style mamak pun. Perencahnya hanya curah sos cili ABC, sos tiram, sos tomato dan kicap.............sedap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Tau tak, semalaman tak tido tau. Hah ko! aku berjaga selama 18jam tu. Tu pun nak kecohkan. Sukahati I la :P.  Kalau tidak silap semalam saya bangun tidur at 9.30am dan berjaga hingga 6.30am today . Eh! jap saya lupa la, mlm tadi aku tido jap dari 8.30-9pm. Kekenyangan berbuka kot hehe. Kemudian sambil fening ngan thesis writing aku ditemani cerekarama kontrak cinta dan satu lagi tajuk apatah Lagi 7 hari kot. Selepas bersahur dan seterusnya solat subuh, barulah aku tidur. I set the alarm for 9.30am, tapi guling-guling atas katil sedar2 dah 11.30am. Tak tahan tengok bilik bersepah aku, kemas dulu. Sampai keyboard pun aku bersihkan. Dah cabut keys, lepas tu terkial-kial nak pasang hahahhah.

Tengok jam dah 12.30pm. Manalah sempat nak siapkan my writing. Maka, sekali lagi tak sempat jugak nak submit my third draft to spv :(. Takpelah janji dia tahu saya masih wujud di bumi OZ nih. Semalam dia email, mintak softcopy of my two previous papers. She has already got the soft copy for the latest paper. She wanted to review my three papers for a conference next month. Hmm, sepatutnya sayalah yang buat review kan, tapi tulah tesis ni buat hidup tak tentu hala :(. Kalau dia tak letak nama saya, SIAP!!!! Alamak paper yang kena reject haritu, saya masih belum submit to other journal. Kena cepat submit before she go to that conference. Nanti kang tak pasal2 kena reject due to plagiarism paper sendiri. My friend dah kena tau. Dia dah presented her paper in one conference and later submitted that paper to a journal. Tiba-tiba, the editor contacted her due to plagiarism issue. Yelah kan ada software to check this plagiarism hehhehe. So, dia kena ubahlah ayat2 dia. So bare in mind ya, it is better to publish the paper in journal first, then only present it in a conference :). Reputation and credibility as author kena jaga ;).

Memang serabutlah ngan thesis ni. Haritu Each project has their own chapter with their own theoretical background. But, after second draft my spv suggested to write all general formulas in new Chapter-Theoretical Background(CTB) to make the thesis neater and to avoid any repetition. Writing general formula meaning that I have to draw new figure, construct general model and solve it. And I tell you there are many models :(. To make matter worst AI, the software to draw figure has expired. So, I just draw the figure in Mword. Since I used latex to type my thesis, I have to convert the figure files doc to eps. Tulah kalau guna AI boleh terus save as eps je. Bila google luckily boleh guna online converter. So, jadi remeh. Draw figure in Mword-convert to pdf-snapshot the selected area-copy in Paint and save as jpeg-use online converter jpeg to eps. Memang boleh copy je figure from mword to Paint, tapi paint tak preserve certain features, so graphic tak smooth. Not only that I have to modify whatever I have written in all chapters for certain projects to match that new chapter, CTB.  The problem is sometimes I still have to to include the formulas in that chapters to match the specific figures and definitely for better description. Yelah nanti examiner/reader asyik kena selak page depan to understand certain chapter. So banyak buang masa kat situ, nak fikir how to write and how to arrange to avoid any repetition. Tu belum lagi latex yang giler, yang asyik2 kena save nama baru. Tak kuasa aku nak uninstall and reinstall. Selain tu, nak figure out benda-benda remeh macam nak buat footnote under table, nak pastikan ia sebaris..bla...bla...So dah buang masa pulak surf tenet mencari info tuh. Bila cuba tak dapat, kena google lagi grrrrrrrrrrr

Spring just started on 1 sept which was last saturday. Normally it still slight cool during early spring.  But it's really strange this time. It really warm for the past 2-3 days, just like summer. Semalam aku pakai baju nipis je bila ke city. Biasanya dulu still kena pakai cardigan. Luckily, it's windy today terasa nyaman di dalam bilik hehhehe. Owh! kenapa aku keluar ke city pun ada kisah jugak nak dibebelkan tau...

Oklah...nak turun mandi. Kat bawah dah senyap, tadi philipino hmate ada tetamu. Depa ni selalu je buat acara makan2.......

Baru je nak turun tadi, tetiba terdengar suara lelaki lain pulak kat bawah. Ingatkan hmate german pulak ada tetamu. Tapi macam pelik pulak dengar german hmate kecoh2 sangat. Lagi pelik bila dia terdengar dia cakap dengan dengan philipino hmate "We are living here, it's not a museum". Tapi rupanya ada accommodation staf and surveyor datang for inspection. The reason for this inspection is for government to know whether our rent is worth the accommodation condition or not. Staf tu nak masuk bilik aku, aku tak benarkan hehehhe...memanglah tadi dah kemas, tapi ada pinggan mee tu aku tak bawak turun semalam hehhehe.
