Calorie in Calorie out

This morning I went for 3.2km walk.
But I ate nasi lemak for brekky

Based on calorie counter...
I burned 150 kcal
But gained 400 kcal 😱😱😱

Hmm how to loose wight 😅😅😅.
The only good thing I feel fresh and light 😀😀😀
