Mission to lose weight: Pandang je la

When they had egg n cheese sandwich for brekky

I had apple and yogurt

They had chicken chop for lunch

I had crispy chicken salad

They had frankfutter and egg planta fried rice for dinner

I had salmon n greens 😅

You see...I watch my diet and exercise regularly...
Unfortunately I only lose 1.5kg within 2 weeks 😭😭😭. Then what??? Eat less and exercise everyday???
